Technek, a technical and commercial company and a leader in the field of mechanical engineering projects as well as construction and exploitation of real estate for the private and public sectors, after evaluating fleet management solutions decided on Emphasis Telematics’s solution e-TRACK and the specialized service COSMOTE e-TRACK offered through OTE’s (the Greek Telecommunications Organization) commercial network.

The solution includes a full online integration of e-TRACK with the company’s CRM system, for the simplification and convenience of the administration of daily visits by the company’s sales staff.   The installation and operation of the e-TRACK system in the sales force’s vehicles was successfully competed in March of 2010.

A future expansion of the system will include the use of GPS navigation equipment within the vehicles for the convenience of the drivers as well as for dynamic routing.
